Drawing on my passion for relationship-building and my experience as General Manager of the Zinc Cladding business unit, I lead the Sighob Group sales team with a strong understanding of project delivery, customer expectations, and commercial outcomes. Our success is driven by aligning the technical expertise and capabilities across our group with clear communication and a deep respect for our customers’ needs. At Sighob Construction Group we take pride in delivering standout construction services across the building envelope—including roofing, cladding, and architectural metalwork. It’s the strength of our people in sales, estimating, and delivery that underpins our results and long-term partnerships.

Recruited as an experienced Executive Assistant to support the development and launch of the Sighob Group in 2024, Lauren Tiller has quickly become a key member of the leadership team.

With a natural affinity for people and a genuine desire to support and develop others, Lauren’s role has evolved to encompass broader executive functions across the Group. Her promotion into a leadership capacity reflects her impact and capability, and she now plays a central role in driving our Human Resources and Culture initiatives.

Lauren brings structure, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose to everything she does—seeking to ensure our teams are high performing, aligned, and continually developing for both individual and collective success.

My background in mining and construction and my trade background coupled with a Certificate IV in WHS provides me with the experience and education to understand the importance of safety controls as well as leading ongoing safety dialogue and education in the business.
